These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phcom online gaming platform. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. Please read every section carefully before proceeding.

Accessing the platform through a third-party link or referral does not exempt you from the obligations and responsibilities outlined in these Terms. phcom reserves the right to enforce these Terms at its sole discretion and to take appropriate action against any user found to be in violation of any provision contained herein.
2. Eligibility & Age Limit
Access to and use of the phcom platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Online gaming and betting activities are intended exclusively for adults, and phcom takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling very seriously. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in the Philippines. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
In addition to the age requirement, users must not be residents of or located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where participation in such activities would be in violation of local, national, or international law. phcom does not accept registrations from individuals who are barred from using the platform for legal, regulatory, or platform-specific reasons. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a user's age, identity, and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending review or permanent closure of the account.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phcom platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. phcom relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulations. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. phcom will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorized transactions, or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify phcom immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials. We recommend using a strong and unique password and logging out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device. phcom reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if suspicious or unusual activity is detected, pending verification from the account holder.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered user of phcom, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating or manipulation of game outcomes. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform's systems for personal gain is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times while using the phcom platform. You agree not to transmit, post, or share any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable through any platform communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, and you acknowledge that phcom may monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Repeated violations of user obligations may result in permanent account closure without prior notice and without any obligation to refund deposited funds depending on the severity of the breach.
5. Platform Usage Rules
The phcom platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. All game results, sports betting outcomes, and bingo draws are determined by certified random number generators or real-time events, and phcom does not guarantee any specific outcome or winnings. Users acknowledge that participation in all gaming activities on the platform carries inherent financial risk, and any funds wagered may be lost. phcom is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their participation in platform activities.
The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly forbidden. Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the phcom platform, including its software, systems, or game logic. Any promotional offers, bonuses, or free credits are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which must be reviewed and accepted separately. Attempting to abuse, circumvent, or exploit promotional mechanics is a violation of these Terms and may lead to bonus forfeiture and account suspension. phcom reserves the right to void any bet, transaction, or promotion it reasonably believes was placed or claimed in bad faith or in violation of these usage rules.
6. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the phcom platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Users may deposit and withdraw funds using the payment methods made available through the platform's cashier section. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and belong to them personally. phcom does not accept payments from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phcom's standard processing timelines, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. phcom reserves the right to request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual transactions, as part of its compliance obligations. Users acknowledge that transaction processing times may be affected by factors outside phcom's control, such as bank processing schedules or payment provider timelines. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals will be clearly communicated before the transaction is confirmed. phcom is not liable for any losses arising from payment processing delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
phcom provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phcom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. phcom's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
phcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion if it determines that a user has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, phcom may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by law.
Users may also choose to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the phcom support team directly. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. phcom is not obligated to provide advance notice before suspending an account where an immediate suspension is necessary to prevent harm to the platform or other users. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact our support team to request a review of the decision, and phcom will make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the phcom platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phcom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of phcom.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, resell, or commercially exploit any platform content or features. Any unauthorized use of phcom's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of phcom's intellectual property, we encourage you to report it to our support team promptly.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The phcom platform may from time to time reference or integrate third-party services, such as payment processors, game content providers, or identity verification services. These third-party services operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies, and phcom does not accept responsibility for the practices, availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service provider. Your use of any third-party service in connection with the phcom platform is entirely at your own risk.
phcom does not endorse or make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any third-party products or services that may be referenced in connection with the platform. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party provider before engaging with their services. phcom shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any third-party content, service, or link accessed through or in connection with the platform. 11. Changes to These Terms
phcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in order to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices. It is your responsibility as a user to check this page regularly and to remain informed of the current version of these Terms. Your continued use of the phcom platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team. phcom will not be held liable for any failure on the part of a user to review updated Terms in a timely manner. 12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

By using the phcom platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phcom to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and phcom regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
